You get a so-called Heart Point for every minute of moderately intense activity, e.g. when you increase the speed while walking. Double Heart Points are achieved for more intense activities, such as jogging. With a lot of Heart Points, you can reduce the risk of heart disease, improve your sleep and increase your general well-being.
